orphanage's first fully guitar-based EP for RML comes from the exploration of an alternative tuning that speaks to his tendencies toward open chords, shoegazing ambiance and thick melodies.

orphanage's primary influences for these sounds were Town Portal, Floral, Pinebender, Cloudkicker, Boards of Canada, The Seven Fields of Aphelion, and RML labelmate Ellul.
